Refund policy

We appreciate your interest in Way Studios collectibles. Please take note of our refund policy below:

  1. All collectibles are quoted in USD, unless otherwise stated
  2. No returns policy: All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.
  3. Deposits or Full Payments are only refundable or transferable to another product if Way Studios cancels the release of the collectible bust or statue. A 5% admin charge of the amount to be refunded will be charged to customers for successful cancellations to cover all administrative and postage costs.
  4. Way Studios will ship or allow the collection of the products only to the original buyer. Before buying, it is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm whether the Way Studios collectible is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address. No freight forwarder or PO Box addresses will be allowed.
  5. Way Studios reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any orders whose shipping address is not compliant with our licensed territories.
  6. Way Studios collectibles are available on a pre-order basis. This means that the customer is required to pay a deposit upfront and the final payment once the product is complete.
  7. The images used in promotional materials and on the Way Studios store are of the samples only and have been approved by the licensor. As Way Studios' collectibles are not mass-produced items, there may be small differences between the prototype and the final product. Customers must be aware that Way Studios will not accept refund requests based on differences between the promotional images and the final product.
  8. The final release date of this product is subject to delays from the manufacturer or licensing approvals.
  9. Customers are expected to pay any balance remaining within 1 week upon notification of collection by Way Studios. If we do not hear from the customer, a reminder via recorded phone call, text message and email will then be sent and the collection dated extended for another 1 week (A total of 2 weeks from the date of collection notification). Non-collection of products after 1 month will be deemed as product cancellation and deposit forfeited.
  10. Stocks are extremely limited and it is possible to encounter stock not available at the moment the buyer clicks ‘purchase’. In rare cases where 2 customers have purchased at the exact same moment causing a product to be oversold, Way Studios will issue a full refund to affected customers.
  11. The price detailed does not include Shipping Fees and Tax calculations. Final shipping fees will be calculated closer to shipping date and invoiced separately. Way Studios does not charge any customs duty/tax for International shipments. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
